So much has happened in two years, and it’s amazing where we are now. When I see Adonis running down the hall in our new building I think to myself “How did I grow this little human inside me?”. Seeing Adonis talk, play with his toys, read his books to himself, sing, and dance just makes me appreciate life. How he started as just a little seed and now is blooming with such vibrance and beauty. It makes me really savor this pregnancy.

Adonis probably has 50 word vocabulary (speaking and listening combined). He can say the letters of the alphabet along with me (except for ‘W’ that’s a hard one). He loves to sing to the song “We are Young” by the band Fun. Any type of music he waves his little fists in the air and sways his hips, SOOOO CUTE! Anything with wheels he’s intrigued with, along with trains, coloring, Elmo, and Cookie Monster. I love that he still has a fascination with books, and I hope it never ends!

Adonis,
You amaze me in every which way, and watching you grow is a complete honor. I don’t regret the decision I’ve made to make a better life for you. I know some day you will understand. With the power of prayer and faith, I know we are where we are for a reason. Nico is incredible Papa to you, and we are excited to be able to give you and your little brother the happy life you deserve.
With all my love,
Your mama XO
My View at 27 weeks
As my final weeks of my second trimester I decided to start this series of posts “My View at…” until the end of my pregnancy.
According to baby center my little Webster bean is about the size of cauliflower weighing at 2 pounds and 14 1/2” long with legs extended. When I rest my hands on my belly you love to kick and jab at them. I love feeling his little stretches, they inspire me to continue doing my at physical therapy exercises.
This morning I was hit with a burst of heartburn and nausea all morning. So instead of cleaning while Donnie naps, I’m going to relax and lay down. I hope passes, since I just want (need) to clean. I really think I’m nesting because all I want to do is clean and organize.
Aside from the nausea and heartburn, for how I feel physically, I feel well…pregnant. Meaning I’m absolutely healthy, and I’m accepting to the fact that my body isn’t 120lbs anymore so it normal to feel a little aches and pains here and there. Mentally I’m probably more tired since I feel like my brain is on overload with things that need to be done around the house so I can enjoy my summer.
Anyways, Happy 27 weeks!! XO

Aw what a busy busy busy weekend for this 6 month pregnant mama. My 26 week post is a few days late but my little Webster bean is 1 2/3lbs and 14 inches in length from head to heel. Week 25 I said that I can see my belly move from the outside well here is a video I took last week of what I see through out my day. Takes me back to when I saw my belly shift for the first time when I was pregnant with Adonis. Precious moments like these make me appreciate my body and the amazing feats it can do.
As of Wednesday I finished my physical therapy early because my pain has gotten so much better. I’m so incredibly happy that just some simple muscle exercises helped me so much. I continue to do the exercises daily, I feel like I’m getting my mom body back. I do have aches and pains but they are tolerable, and it’s just my body adjusting to the my growing bump.
This pregnancy is definitely going by so fast. I can’t believe I have about 14 weeks to go just according by my due date. In preparation I’ve been re-reading my Hypnobirthing book and practicing the meditation. I’ve also been reading The Vaccine Book by Dr. Sears. So far I LOVE it! I love how informative it is, I definitely recommend this book if you want to get educated on vaccines and make an informed decision for your child. I will write a full review once I finish reading it.
In regards to Hypnobirthing, it didn’t work for me the first time around, but I also was inconsistent with the readings and meditations. I didn’t really take it seriously. With doing a home birth and knowing what birthing entails, I’m more dedicated to practicing it. I do intend doing a review of Hypnobirthing as well after I give birth.
XO
**In regards to Adonis’ birthday party this past weekend I will do a full update with photos as soon as I go through them. I’m helping my mom move so the rest of my weekend has been very busy, hopefully tonight or tomorrow I can make a post :)
To think that two years ago this was the final hour before I held you in my arms.
Before I heard your first cry.
Before I kissed your forehead for the first time.
Before our eyes met for the first time.
Before you stole my heart.
It amazes (and will continue to amaze) me how in just 9 months we only communicated with our hearts, and to see you now-to see how much you’ve grown, I cry in joy. You will forever be the reason why I smile. I feel so incredibly blessed to be your mama.
Happy 2nd birthday my gorgeous boy!
With all my love,
Mama
